42. What is relevant in judging the defendants justification to make an arrest, can only be the actions of the arrestee. To have "reasonable and probable suspicion" to make an arrest, one must be referring to an INDIVIDUAL. One must be referring to the ACTIONS OF AN INDIVIDUAL. Arbery's ACTIONS were SUSPICIOUS. When a person eludes the POLICE from within a dwelling in the MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT the person's ACTIONS ARE SUSPICIOUS.
