Pressed by Stephanopoulos that some say never point a gun at anyone on set, Baldwin said, “Unless the person is the cinematographer who’s directing me at where to point the gun for her camera angle.”

  1. Why doesn't he just take accountability he has killed someone. Who had a husband and children, he clearly has no respect for the situation. Instead of giving the family some privacy and respect he does a big interview to save his career and reputation, sickening. Alec baldwin has never been a nice person and he can't pretend he is now.

  2. Watch the old westerns, the early design of this revolver causes the trigger finger to naturally be inside the trigger guard. When the hammer is cocked the weapon is fired immediately. With the revolver pointed at the camera it would look ridiculous if Alecs trigger finger was outside the trigger guard while thumbing the hammer. Tuco, Angel Eyes, or Blondie would never do that.

  3. “Sometimes he’d verify, other times he wouldn’t”. So he’s actually admiring here that he took ultimate responsibility for that weapon. Case closed.

  4. “It was her fault bc she told me to point it for her camera angle. I don’t feel guilty.” Also, “Let’s not focus on this one incident, but the broader issue of guns.” -Alec Baldwin. Lol
If he was any other contractor/producer, any worker or any gun handler in America, it wouldn’t even be a debate. What happened to the, ‘No one is above the law,’ talking point, people?

  5. Alex is a typical leftist they never take responsibility for their actions, i didn't do it it wasn't me !
I'm surprised he didn't blame trump he usually does .

  6. Negligence of the producers has caused Death before, he was given a Loaded Malfunctioning gun, and told it was cold.
The producers should be bankrupted with lawsuits!

  7. Can somebody explain to me how you use a real gun and point it at people on a set. Corner right mind would point an empty gun at anyone or a gun with blanks. A working gun being used as a prop. Correct me I always thought props for make believe or exact replicas.
Another Democrat killing, but a default all those years you gave us hard times with guns Baldwin, I want to welcome you to the dark side now. Good luck

  8. Look at all the Trump supporters here who want to see Baldwin taken out because he made fun of their master and Dear Cult Leader … you can be sure that this is the case by looking at all these hateful little dimwits who want to pretend this was sort of hunting expedition where the hunter has to be constantly aware of gun safety because that gun always have live rounds in it instead of a movie set where you only use live rounds in the rarest of cases and even so it's not the job of an actor to know if the gun is loaded with blanks or live rounds …this is entirely the job for the prop and armory people to do that .. here's a tip for you babies , insurance companies will pull their policies if they find out that an actor even opens the chamber of a weapon and the Armorer and Stunt Coordinator did'nt immediately take that gun away from the actor to see if any round was inserted or taken out …. so in the real world you hypocritical little babies …actors point and shoot straight at people all the time knowing that the weapon was handed to them by trained specialists who's entire reason for being hired by a movie company is to ensure the safety of those weapons …these armory specialist have to be licensed and carry large insurance policies before anyone will hire them … so the only people at fault here are the specialists who did'nt do what they were hired to do … so stop pretending otherwise ,just come out and tell the truth that you just hate Baldwin

  9. Alec Baldwin isn’t man enough to admit he was wrong about anything or take responsibility for his own actions. So how can any reasonable thinking person ever expect the truth from him or trust what he says?

  10. Take some accountability for your actions. Blaming the firearm for your own reckless actions is unacceptable.

You were the producer of the movie and we’re responsible for cast members and other employees to the film.

By blaming an “object” that can only work by the hands of a human. Is absolutely outrageous.

  11. This is like drunk driving, killing someone, and blaming the person who served you drinks that night, blaming the car manufacturer, and blaming your friends for not taking your keys… and blaming the people you killed for not realizing there's drunk drivers.
