6. There is no shortage of other dairy products. Cream cheese makers are just saying there is a shortage so they can jack up the price. They're pulling the wool over out eyes. Then they offer 20 dollars to people to not order cream cheese. Let's stick it to them and just boycott cream cheese. Everyone knows ricotta cheese cake is better.

7. Cream cheese is extremely easy to make from scratch. 4 cups whole milk, simmer in a pan. Slowly add 3 tablespoons of lemon juice, stir until its curdled. Strain the curdles from the liquid using cheese cloth. Let it strain for 15 minutes. Put the curdles in a food processor and mix till it’s creamy. When it’s in the food processor add salt and anything else you want to taste. This will make roughly 1 cup of cream cheese, and shouldn’t take more than 30 minutes.

8. Make your own Cream Cheese. Whole Milk and Lemon juice or Vinegar.

16. I don't know the true reason for the shortage, but in this clip it is blamed on more people eating at home than ever. This doesn't sound right. Restaurants tend to get priority from wholesalers and so shortages will usually be seen on supermarket shelves first. We have seen a shortage of chicken wings at grocery stores but Wing Stop is still doing well.
