Pretty sure as soon as the U.S. show the gang leaders photos names and address of their family members, they all panic and let the hostages go, you dont need to pay them or show military force, just let them know their families will be targets of the Haitian government to scare them into submitting, if anything happens to the hostages they will be hunted down and their families will also join them in jail..

16. So three days ago the kidnappers threatened to kill the hostages and now they are released. Amazing what $17,000,000 can do. Christian Aid ministries WILL NOT deny the ransom was paid. Yep! $17,000,000 they paid the kidnappers off with. "Tax exempt donation money." They should be arrested for supporting foreign terrorism! What does the FBI have to say besides nothing!
