8. She set out to murder her sister. She was way to much of a competition for her and she was jealous. Period point blank!

9. She could have slammed on the brakes as soon as the sister started pulling her hair but she chose to continue to drive. This was murder in a sudden fit of rage. The judge just could not prove it beyond a reasonable doubt because of witness testimony.
