9. Time to realize that you're not 10 second street car racers any more. If you want to run 50+ pounds of boost, then Ryan is right you need to be changing rods every 25 passes. I think 25 sounds like the sweet spot, 30 is probably too many. And while you're in that train of thought you might want to think about how often you are changing the crank / pistons. They don't last for ever and develop micro cracks over time. Just because they aren't visible to the eye damaged, doesn't mean they aren't. Cracks translate into flex, which cause other damage.

10. 10 PSI for ever 1000 rpm, so if you are spinning it to 9500, that's 95 PSI minimum at WOT. Don't forget you can have too much oil pressure, and anything over what is needed is just a HP drain.

18. Man that sucks! Sure looks like piston failure to me. Remember its not compression that rips pistons apart, but tension at high RPM and it sure looks like that pin got pulled right out of the piston. Keep on rockin guys!

29. Why are you guys constantly losing so many engines? Is it just a budget thing, trying to compete at a level where you should have more backup parts? Or is it a tuning thing?
