Toddler falls out of moving vehicle while strapped into car seat

It doesn't take a rocket science to put a car seat in if you can use a seat belt then putting a car seat in should not be a problem put the belt through the holes snap the belt in simple if you aren't smart enough to put your kids car seat in properly and engage the child locks then you should not be left alone with kids, all new parents should have sit through some sort of class to teach them the basic of how to take care of your kids before you are aloud to leave the hospital with the kid hell at least they should give out a book or something like that you think people would be smart enough to figure these things out before something bad happens but I guess that's not the case people make mistakes and forget the ovious sometimes but when it comes to your helpless child that depends on you for everything there are no room for mistake , I Know they issue fines for not having a kids under a certain age and size in a car seat but they should give out the fine if it is not properly strapped in , if you are that stupid not figure out how to strap a car seat in just look at the instructions manual that came with some of come with sticker on the car seat that shows you how to do it right that should be a law all car seat should have stickers that show you how to do it right , then people can't use the excuse I figure out how to do it right , most every car has a little light on and makes a alarm sound when a door is not shut All the way this is reason why made like that

16. I'm surprised the car did not have an alarm to warn the passengers if there is a door open. Thank God my dad's car have an alarm/warning sound for when any abnormalities happen in the car. It really helps.

21. The driver totally noticed the baby fell out. They were in the turn lane and slowed down before speeding off going straight instead of turning. Did they think they would get away with it if they acted like they didnt notice? NO! Hope they get charged with child abandonment also. Horrible people. That poor baby.
