12. I can see from the overall majority of the comments, everyone feels about the same. I was scratching my head trying to understand what exactly left them scarred. I understand the importance of compassion in these cases. However, I can see if the doctor was dressed as crusty the clown and throwing confetti while delivering the news. I hope the family doesn't try to make this into some legal issue.

18. As a worker in the medical field, I don't believe this should be utilized as a means to deliver such sensitive information via telemedicine.
