  1. There are clauses in the law that provide for industrial accidents. The lawsuit is just posturing. Even in like facilities in California, the most highly environmentally regulated place in earth, the BAAQMD, COCO county, and the EPA allow for emissions during accidents, fires, and equipment failures. The lawsuit is just to for someone to put another feather in their re-election cap.

  2. They will just say it was an act of god. Nothing will happen they won’t get fined millions of dollars how they should be they will pay less to nothing.
