Tell me what I do wrong in a calm way, celebrate when I improve and call me a fuckwit when I don't learn it the first time.

   Props to Adam too, that's some seriously good attitude there. Takes the criticism and works on it right away, no ego or arrogance and no feeling bad for himself. Just learning the shit

15. This is so cool. I don't think anyone doubted that Adam is a talented driver, but hearing the coaching going on is incredible. Vaughn knows what he's about and knows how to find talent, and that is really showing with how quick Adam is picking up the changes. Just needed the right team. No disrespect to his team the last two years, but this is another level.
