Cops just be stepping on peoples rights. He had no reason to ask to search the car. The driver should have never allowed that search. When a cops asks to search you or your vehicle, the answer is always no!

i hate that addicts are treated like criminals when they have a disease. id understand if it were a dealer who’s very obviously selling drugs but drug users don’t need jail, it won’t help them or make them stop being an addict. they need rehab. otherwise they just end up relapsing and the cycle continues. being a dealer should be a crime, but being an addict shouldn’t be a crime.
