22. So over there a cop finds a meth pipe and open alcohol and jump starts your car sending you on your way calling it "community service". In Illinois my fiance was found with a half oz of weed in the car and got arrested and our car got impounded costing over 2,000 bucks. Too bad we didn't graduate to meth and booze, we would of been treated fairer.

27. This is how policing should be done. In my town they would have been arrested. Car impounded. In their situation they probably wouldn't be able to get someone to bail them out. End up being locked up for months. These people need help. But kicking them while they're down isn't going to anyone any good. These officers where respectful, while upholding the law.
