A burglary was reported across the street from the Petersons’ home on the day Laci Peterson went missing. Neighbors said they saw her walking the dog after Scott Peterson had left.

The two things in his favor: a LOT of people saw her walking the dog and the burglary WAS on Dec, 24th b/c the neighbor saw then AND Ted Rowlands was across the street every day after that.

Scott could not have possibly taken a boat out into the bay in broad daylight and put Laci in the water ….. but a homeless burglar could have accomplished it

Of course Laci didn't walk the dog. Her purse, keys, cell phone were all left at the house. Her shoes were left at the house as well. And by all accounts, Laci stopped walking the dog in October and went on maternity leave in November because she was always tired.

You have pull all the weeds out, then what's left is the truth. Scott Peterson is guilty. It was proven later that that this person who saw Lacy walking the dog was wrong. It was someone else. Who is to say Scott let the dog out with leash on when he killed Lacy to set all of this up. I wouldn't put it past him.
No boating experience., nobody knows he bought it, going out on a holiday he knew that there would would be minimal people around….the weather was terrible, a planned dinner of celebration…on the same day his his beloved wife goes “missing†a term used instead of….did you talk to her…..or is is she there? An Erie prediction made less than a month before saying that he lost his wife, didn’t even want children…. hoping for infertility…….doesn’t want to appear on the media because it would draw attention and show his face. No apparent sorrow or concern, living like you are single before he knows anything. Bodies found in the same place he was fishing ….researched tides…. tried to cover up porn channels… which would be for normal people, the last thing on your mind if you were truly a grieving husband and you even thought there would be a chance of your wife coming back…….Etc. Etc. Etc. ……… so many indications of pure guilt that we can’t even put it together if we tried. Either he is the unluckiest person alive, or there is something “fishy†going on that could not humanly be conceived….. he used the impossibility of the circumstances hoping to get away from even being suspect. Blatantly shows pure Arrogance And evil. Like the OJ trial….unbelievably incomprehensible possibility of innocence. Either he thought justice Would never touch him or that he was smarter than everybody else. The only thing I can think of is is that he thought circumstances would be so ridiculously overwhelming and Law enforcement was so totally ignorant that people would think he must be innocent. I can understand That his family wants to support him, but they definitely know Without a doubt he is guilty…..so sad….. they are victims too. Not only did he kill with complete brutality in an obviously planned murder, but still Today shows no outward remorse. Cold blooded is a soft term. . Hopefully someday he will tell the truth to close the door and save his own soul. Men like him, we can use Christopher Watts as an example is what this world is and always has been without God, sinful, evil and selfish. Many people like him, still walking around, never caught and prosecuted…. and probably have done it again.

I don't know the truth of what happened, but I do know the state didn't prove their case beyond a reasonable doubt. He should probably get a new trial; which would end most likely in a hung jury.

I remember during an interview, his phone started ringing and he didn't react to it. If he really was scared for his missing wife, he would've rushed to answer his phone. Scott is obviously guilty

Scott came across as creepy and wacky because it seems like he was ok with Laci being gone…..
