16. Shut the borders down and see how generous Mexico is with them. The people back in Honduras will keep having kids,so the problem won't stop.     Just a thought: what if America built factories in those countries and had them supply our goods instead of China or other parts of Asia? We could also supply guns so local militias could fight off gangsters. Sending goods from Central and South America should be better for the environment than sending it all the way from Asia. We could also better choose how goods are produces, what happens to any polluted water run-off or smoke, and what chemicals are allowed to go into the (political prisoners) products. Stuff made in China and India are often full of toxins and made in inhumane and unsanitary conditions. China uses prison labor to make some of those goods .
