4. I see a concrete structure. I see concrete rubble from the collapse. What I don't see in this multi story building is an adequate amount of reinforcing steel rods, called ''rebar'' in the trades. It's well known that concrete has great compression strength but limited tensile (pulling or stretching) strength. Steel rods in the structure provide what the concrete alone lacks. In the photos I see remarkably few rebars sticking out of the portion of the structure that still stands. If there were an adequate amount of rebar, you might've gotten some bad cracking, but no collapse. People could have evacuated. I would be looking hard at the builder and the building inspector. This doesn't pass the smell test

11. this goes tot he heart of government corruption as is so natural in Florida well over 50% of residential and commercial buildings should had never been built due to the fact that the risk of sinkholes could swallow entire buildings i predict that Trump's buildings in sunny isles will be swallowed by a sinkhole at some point as the government jointly with EPA continue to ignore global warming the soil in Florida close to the beach should have never been allowed to build high rise buildings but because so many ego-maniacs wants to make $$$ on pennies on the dollar republican law makers for the last 20 years has been catering to big money mostly funneled from other states and overseas ,Republicans intention to sub-divide capitol gain taxes amongst millionaires and billionaires has been funding the party for decades as their platform for managing trillions of dollars in Florida and Texas alone pays royalties to the them DeSantis right now is contributing to the rising inflation of the dollar that's because the tax reform 2017 signed into law by no other then Trump is aiding the State of Florida to raise the annual budget the current budget is 101 billion dollar while in the mean time those who holds equity in real-estate liquidate the cash and pays no taxes on it the residents of Florida has lost trillions of dollars in equity and revenue because republicans and Trump are complicit not just in money laundering but interstate fraud.
