40. I had a waterview condo in a similar building 7 miles from this one 15 years ago – the condo management were corrupt and the structural revamp job was horrible. Miami construction is like nothing in the rest of the country – I see this is the first domino of many to fall that will uncover a spider's web of political corruption for pay-to-look-the-other-way and passing inspection of terrible workmanship.
