34. Its time to just take responsibility for the lost souls. Their passing is a horrible loss. Im a concretor. If rebar was to code and was placed properly the concrete is next step. Test. I believe it sunk awhile. The rebar may have been exposed or it was not reinforced by concrete as specified in engineering. Someone knew it was failing. 38. This is so sad~ my heart goes out to loved ones missing, and deceased… Love and support to ALL those spending countless hours in search & rescue. Our mentality needs to be updated that what was once 'common weather' 10, even 5 years ago does not necessarily apply today. More storms, rapid changing weather MEANS extreme wear and tear on our created environments. <3
