6. Miami was severely flooded last November 9th 2020 from Tropical Storm Eta. Streets were badly flooded, after over a foot of rain fell. One month before Tropical Storm Eta, Miami had an additional 14" of rain. Considering the problems with the roof, I haven't heard ( anyone ) speak of, or ask, did the significant amount of rainfall from Eta, contribute to the collapse. Also, would like to know, if the Surfside Condo was flooded in basement during Eta, and if so how bad? Could Eta have been a factor?

11. Governor DeSantis needs to stop watching himself on tv and disburse funding to help Convid Emergency Relief Funds for renters. Florida split the funding agencies in two. Owners have ALL been paid. Some even had their HOA fees paid. Yet the rental side has not even opened the applications received in April 2021 from money for an April 2020 emergency. Instead when a renter calls the funding agencies they recommend the renter go to a shelter. Disgusting!
