25. How are they determining the amount of breakthrough cases??? A breakthrough case is defined as a person who has already been vaccinated for Covid 19 and test positive. They say these people do not require hospitalization because their symptoms aren't as severe. Are these people going for Covid test because they have symptoms of fever, runny nose, aches and pains etc?? I gather the vaccines aren't as good as they say if people are experiencing symptoms which require them to get tested for Covid all over again. An endless roulette wheel of people of course the numbers are going to go up if that be the case

So where are the building of hospitals across the nation during a so called national crisis with the expectation of future pandemic surges ?
    For the U.S. to be so wealthy it's an embarrassment that hospital beds in tents had to be erected in city parks like they did in NYC , but yet , still no plans for hospitals to be built . I guess we can house the sick in hotels and luxury condos .

    You see…if want to really know how seriously committed the government are to this pandemic and for the health welfare of its citizens follow where the bulk of the money is going towards . The bulk of the money has gone towards the big Pharmaceutical companies and not to the Healthcare Infrastructure of the nation .
