28. Stop building cities in deserts and stop eating so much meat. Feeding crops takes water, then feeding all the crop to cows + water for cows for YEARS just to turn that cow into a bit of meat across a few families. Those same families could have had those crops directly for years rather meat for weeks. Meat in moderation.
