  1. They can lock up innocent people for heinous crimes for the rest of their lives but can't charge a known guilty person again after declaring him innocent wow, maybe rethink your system guys

  2. what kinda of stupid law is that not allowing a case to be re-opened just because it is closed? seriously? literally? REALLY? so now a killer is wandering in the streets saying that he is a killer but u still don't do anything about it?

  3. ummm. i dont agree on the charged twice. the confession letter is new evidence. you can only be retried if new evidence is found after the fact… you can not be retried on the same case with the same evidence

  4. I think it's ridiculous that if you get aquitted for something you actually did do, you're safe. It should be possible to haul his as* back if the evidence has become clear

  5. I’m sure the dad said to himself the kid still have a bright future, he might change his mind after seeing the kid recent photo
