When they say the real inmates didnt choose to be there…actually they did everything is a choice that is why they are there in the first place but everybody lives and learns.
People don't realize that a felony charge whether it's violent or not, erases any dreams of looking forward to any living of worth. Just [jobs]that pay minimum wage, or under the table laborious work that pays $10 an hour and alot of aches and pains with no retirement to lean on. Anything more requires breaking the law, and becomes labeled by society as recidivism, and labeled by us as survival.
Don’s attitude was annoying. He was more problematic than some of the actual inmates.

Remember. Some of these inmates are innocent even though they were "Proven Guilty". Some were found guilty without any proof.

When I was locked up 3 ppl killed themselves for the same medical reasons. Thankfully it lead to feds coming in but COs threatened ppl from talking on them.
