Yes, Vote 3,336,480 No Vote 5,887,710 Total Vote 9,224,190 Total Candidate votes 5,111,965 (Combined vote totals) If you add all the candidate totals, it equals 5,111,965, but the yes totals were only 3,336,000. Why select YES and leave the candidate blank? Or why choose No and select a replacement? Something is wrong with the voters understanding of the ballots.
