4. My heart goes out to the sensible people who live in Florida. But I'm glad my kids and I don't live there during this pandemic. The Governor and his Surgeon General are absolutely insane and are costing people in his States lives.

18. My county here in Georgia hasn’t made the exposed kids do a mandatory quarantine all year. We get an email from the school sometimes 2 days later saying your child has been exposed. If you keep the child out they have to get a negative test to return. They leave it up to the kid’s parent on whether their kid needs to quarantine or wear a mask. You only have to mandatory quarantine is if someone has covid in your household. The first two weeks of school there was over 100 kids that tested positive. My daughter is in 9th grade and always wears her mask because my husband has some health problems and my 88 year old Grandma lives with us and she doesn’t want to bring covid home to them. She said most of her classes there is only 2 or 3 other kids wearing one.
