14. There are thousands and thousands of people who have had their homes bugged like that. This type of covert surveillance is used in the types of discrediting schemes that Harvey Weinstein and Scientology have aimed at their critics and accusers.

    There was a case against several eBay executives last year that was similar. They targeted a Natick, Ma couple who sometimes criticized eBay in their online newsletter. They did that type of surveillance but they also did a tremendous amount of intimidation and harassment. CBS Boston covered that press conference and the video is up on YouTube.

    This problem of using the mental health system as a weapon to silence, discredit, and intimidate people is much more widespread than people might think. This type of contract stalking and harassment is an international industry and firms like the ones named in Ronan Farrow's articles "Harvey Weinstein's Army of Spies" and "A Private Mossad for Hire" are used to systematically destroy targeted individuals. Once these firms are done with a person, the courts and law enforcement would not be able to tell the difference between someone who is targeted and a person who is mentally ill.

    I'm a former naval officer and a graduate of the United States Naval Academy. I have a degree in control systems engineering and I worked in electronics warfare and nuclear engineering as a Surface Warfare Officer. I do outreach for the thousands and thousands of people in the US and tens of thousands of people worldwide who are targeted by these types of firms. What the public does not know and could not know is that these firms have been funneled the so-called Havana Syndrome weapons for use in these types of contract discrediting schemes.

    We are seeing in real-time how this Black Box company helped threaten and discredit Britney Spears, but there are thousands of ordinary people like the Natick, Ma couple who simply said the wrong thing to a wealthy psychopath or complained about a company online. These weapons are also used in state-sponsored schemes like the old FBI COINTELPRO and CIA MKULTRA programs. Corrupt politicians, military leaders, and defense contractors furnish these weapons to the private intel firms and they both work together to isolate and discredit key people who go against their interests, or sometimes against people they just don't like. It's a real mafia inside the state apparatus. It's reminiscent of the East German Stasi's Zersetzuing psychological warfare program that the Stasi ran on its own people in the 70s and 80s. The situation is also a bit like what the USSR/Russia Federation experienced as that country transitioned through perestroika, the collapse of the USSR, and the restructuring of the Russian state. Many former KGB and similar operatives suddenly started working with Russian organized crime enhancing both groups. Those mafias suddenly had access to droves of government information and key operators who knew how to function inside the bureaucracy.

    This same thing is happening right now in the United States. Their many victims are speaking up about these crimes and when they do, there is a whisper campaign in place to smear them as a 'tinfoil hat conspiracy theorist.' However, if you've been following the stories about the Havana Syndrome, it's very easy to see how those weapons can be used to torture, terrorize, and discredit targeted individuals in a way that makes them appear mentally ill. It's a very insidious process and the world needs to know how it works so it can be shut down.

    The situation is compounded by some of the violence that a few victims have committed because the entire victims' population gets smeared. 99% of targeted individuals will simply try to raise awareness of this crime. A small handful, however, reached their psychological/emotional limit and lashed out at the public for not helping stop this organized crime scheme. The Navy Yard, Florida State University, Baton Rouge, Hollywood Airport, and Las Vegas shooters were all tortured with the Havana Syndrome weapons for a number of years before they went on their rampage. The media did figure this out after the Baton Rouge shooting and they published many articles noting the Baton Rouge, FSU, and Navy Yard shooter's complaints. However, this was several months before the first Havana Syndrome stories were published in 2016, so the public hasn't put two and two together.

    Many of these cases could have been solved the way the eBay case and Weinstein cases were solved. We just need to make the world aware of how these complex harassment/discrediting crimes are perpetrated. I guarantee that there are entertainers like Britney Spears who have been targeted with these weapons. In fact, I remember an article about Ke$ha claiming to have had relations with ghosts. That's exactly what these weapons can do. If a case breaks describing how a pop star was targeted in this way, it will instantly make the public aware of the process and get the crime stopped.

    For more details about these weapons and the discrediting process, I recommend watching Professor James Giordano's lecture "The Brain is the Battlefield of the Future" that's up on YouTube. The capabilities mentioned in that lecture are at work in these targeting schemes. Lawerence Livermore National lab also hosted him for a lecture and I think that one is called "From Bench to Battlefield." That's another great resource about this topic. I have a complete fix for this situation, but it's very difficult to get people to engage in helping stop this crime. It's too overwrought and too scary. People become paralyzed when they understand the full scope of this situation. We really need more stories about this type of contract stalking to publish and hopefully, that will lead to a 'Surviving R. Kelly' type of doc film so that the public can learn this information over a few episodes with an abundance of corroborating information presented to support the claim. The doc film seems to be the catalyst that worked in the R. Kelly and NXIVM cases. Leah Remin's show "Scientology and the Aftermath" was an excellent exposé on 'Fair Game' as well.

29. By the way…..The judge kept renewing the damn conservatorship without due diligence. I mean surely she knew that Britney had Las Vegas shows, Xfactor hosting gig, just earning money nonstop 2009-2017. Yet during those times, the judge kept renewing it every damn year. I think she was just damn lazy or incompetent to review her case thoroughly.

    Society as a whole failed her. It took a while for us to see what was happening. If we knew the extent then, we would've clamored for this movement much sooner.

30. She went through a crisis in her younger years just like some young people but she wasn't incapacitated but they incapacitated her for 13 years at the same time became their money-maker.
