2. The Apt Complex that my husband I live in has just started renting out Reserved Parking spaces. For now, those reserved parking spots are marked with an orange X, so the painter will know which spots are reserved when they come out. Not to mention, they have been getting complaints about unauthorized cars in the parking lot, so they have asked the Tow Company to up their patrol. I have a feeling that both this "Reserved Parking" and upping of the Tow Company's patrol is going to be a train wreck.

8. I don't know who to spew hate at. Is the neighbor a hateful Karen or is the other girl a disrespectful lazy person stealing a spot so she doesn't have to park in a spot farther away? Or the tow driver for being a vulture and towing a car that he really has no idea if it's in the wrong spot.

10. I recently got arrested for pepper spraying this couple for trying to attack me over a parking space. Recently our apartment complex numbered the spaces 1 per apartment and there are only 4 visitors spots. I took the last spot and this woman started going crazy on me and started chasing me saying she was gonna “F me up”, then her husband came out chasing me around the parking lot so I took out pepper spray on my keychain and shot them. They called the cops and IM the one who got arrested because I didn’t have any marks or anything on me. The justice system is completely F*CKED up I can’t believe I’m in this situation. I paid my lawyer $4000 my court case is in a few weeks. If anyone has any advice PLEASE help me out I really appreciate it🙏

14. Complex I lived in years ago had a tow company that tried to tow my car from my assigned, paid stall……because my tags were expired by 2 weeks. They had already towed half a dozen cars by the time I caught them. They guy told me my car was abandoned too…..I had just got home from work an hour before.

15. So… I can just claim anyone is in my parking spot and have it towed without proof and without authorization of the leasing office?

    When there is a matter of he-says, she-says, and there’s no documentation to prove either way, leave the car and let them work it out amongst themselves. I would NOT have grabbed that car. It looks like they just wanted to get paid for riding all the way out there, and leaving the car is no money in their pockets.

16. Wait u cant just take the car tho. I know for us, only the leasing office can call for a tow because theres a password associated with the complex. Cause then anyone could call a tow.

26. Funny that the office doesnt have a way to contact them , & this is there mess , but id bet they dont wait to get their payment while the renters live there & the towing co. Sitting out here w this confusion , beware of this apartment complex , instead of having some elaborate building for their offices make some more parki g spots

28. Why didn't they check the other woman's "sticky note" for proof instead since she's already there saying that it was her spot? Where is her proof?
