  1. What a selfish individual. You can afford a car and alcohol, but not cab fare? She didn't feel bad after the first time she killed someone with a D.U.I? Did she even have a license and if so, why? If you kill someone and are found to be above the legal limit you should never be allowed to drive again period. It's a privilege not a right.

  2. I hate, loathe and despise drunk drivers. There is absolutely no excuse for it and I wish the legal system would come down heavier on these sorry excuses for human beings.

  3. Wait, she killed someone before and was going freely and could drive? That's nuts. Her place is behind bars, where she should have been put the first time.

  4. Blood alcohol levels are set arbitrarily low for the purpose of getting more convictions, therefore more money, for the state. The real problem here is the reckless driving. That's what she deserves getting serious time for, not the 0.1 blood alcohol level.

  5. Why was this person allowed to have her DL back? In the state I live, if you are convicted of a DUI you lose your DL of a year on the first offense. This person has killed people cause of her being drunk behind the wheel. What is even more scary to me is this can not be the only times she was drunk behind the wheel.
