Wow, this episode makes me so glad to no longer work in customer service. I get that people are frustrated and travel is stressful, but what good does it do to scream at the poor employees? I like that saying, treat everyone you meet with more kindness than necessary–that's how I live my life and I'm not angry and flying off the handle at the slightest inconvenience.

On 6-8-2019 I flew on a different airline out of DFW to Spokane, the flight gate or time and sometimes both changed 16 times. I didn’t see or hear anyone complaining, it was just how it was. Eventually we took off and landed safely.
Moral of story: Corporations do not care! Talk to the hand.
