17. There are a couple of counties in CA that don't require a semi annual smog check, only in the boonies. BUT more importantly all cars trucks ect. from 1975 and older are also exempt from smog checks here, very thankfully!!!!! GOOD OL CHEVY's!!!

18. I had a car that had a charge issue I tried everything several times ended up being a fuseable link that would heat up sometime and cause issue man that shit kicked my ass for 6mnth
