  1. It's like he's three what do you do you hold the parents accountable for not watching this child to think it's okay to go to sleep and leave the 3-year-old to do whatever he wants whenever he wants and to take care of himself falls upon abuse

  2. Why was that child left behind? Obviously there's no adult supervision. I find that police or sheriff department to be negligent.

  3. It's amazing the amount of virtue signalers we have in this comment section.
For those people who are virtue signaling about how horrible those parents are, just stop and think a minute.
I can guarantee that every single person in this comment section that, as a kid, and without your parents permission, played with things that, as a kid, you shouldn't have been playing with.
Does you, as a kid, playing with those things you shouldn't make your parents bad parents? Of course not.
Now suppose that during the course of your playing something went wrong, and before your parents could intervene you got hurt, or caused some sort of property damage.
Would that have made your parents bad parents? Of course not

If you happen to be a parent,
Have you ever walked in on your child playing with something that was dangerous? (I'm sorry but if you answer no to that question I would say you are most likely being less than truthful) Does it make you a bad parent because your child is playing with something they shouldn't be? Absolutely not.

Same scenario, but only this time before you were able to intervene your kid, unfortunately, hurt themselves or caused some sort of property damage.
Would that make you a bad parent? Again, absolutely not.
Have you ever fallen asleep while you're kid was still awake? Does that make you a bad parent?

So am I trying to say that the parents shouldn't take responsibility for what their child does?
    No I'm not.
What I am trying to say is that kids are inquisitive, and sometimes before their parents can intervene that curiosity gets kids into trouble.
So before you go on virtue signaling about how bad those parents are please take a moment to think about what I said above.
There's an expression that we should be saying when we see things like this:

"But for the grace of God there go I"

Or you could say it this way:
"But for the grace of God that could have been me as a kid"

    Or even this way:
"But for the grace of God that could have been my kid"

This might end up being a double posted comment

  5. we pay billions in tax dollars for firefighters to play videogames 16 hours a day and occasionally go out and spray out tiny fires.

  6. a child no matter what age should not play with fire ever if that was bigger the hole place could be on fire and the person should be waching him not asleep its not safe at all lucky the right people were there

  7. I feel like the fireman was trying to help him out " YOU LEFT IT UNATTENDED!" and the guy wasnt catching the hint. he should have been like. yep, i stepped away for one second and it got out of control by a freak gust of wind.

  8. After seeing the looks of that place, all I can say is that it looked ‘Methed’ up.

  9. Everyone judging the parents have probs never been to Pahrump, NV. They seem like some of the more responsible ones out there 😅🙄

  10. In no way is this the kids fault. Any parent would know to keep that stuff out of reach but by the looks of the place they clearly dont care. Garbage absolutley everywhere. These guys are disgusting.

  11. I would like to know why that child was not removed from that home? It seems his legal guardians really didn’t care about his well being. If that happened in the country I live in that child would have been removed by cps right away.
