In this video, Tshaka takes us through Samsung’s new Galaxy Watch4 Series — the #GalaxyWatch4Classic and #GalaxyWatch4. He takes a look at Tizen vs. One UI Watch and Wear OS 3, explains the durability and waterproofing, and gives a thorough field test of the sensors in Samsung’s BioActive sensor array. Samsung provided him with the 46mm Watch4 Classic for this review, but the sensors, processor, and batteries are the same across both lines, so you’ll know what you’re getting whether you’re looking for the more sporty Watch4, or the beefier Watch4 Classic.

  1. Great deep-dive. Seemed fair in your assessment of both Pros & Cons. Was impressed with the Scenario reference. 😃

  2. On bluetooth version. Samsung pay stores 10 tokens when connected to phone. so even if phone is not with you , you can do 10 transactions immediately.

  3. Others that have done detailed indepth scientific studies of Samsung's sleep measurements have shown that the Samsung watch Sleep app is NOT AT ALL accurate. Samsung needs to do a lot of work on the Sleep app…Also it's SUPER disappointing and it's a deal breaker for me that the ECG measurements only work on non-Samsung phones. Come on Samsung. I'm won't buy the watch for that reason alone.

  4. WARNING!!!!
I purchased the Frontier S3 brand new. I upgraded my cellphone to the Galaxy S21 Plus. Since then my Frontier S3 will not go beyond the boot screen. Samsung is telling me the watch there is nothing I can do accept send it to them & pay $80 for a tech to look at it. They also said the watch needs an update but they no longer have updates for the Frontier S3 😡😡 They are trying to force me to trade in my watch & buy a new one 😡😡😡😡

  5. I just got the Galaxy 4 Active, and man I love it!
I use those monitoring apps too, as I'm tying to live a healthier lifestyle.
In a nutshell, it does everything I want, and more.

  6. Great review. Very comprehensive and technical! Thank you! I am going to get the Non LTE 46mm Classic. Since LTE won't be in stock for a week or two. I had my Apple Watch always set with LTE off anyways!

  7. Great review.

Sounds like we have just a few key features missing to really make it a "complete " watch.

Hopefully those can come by way of a software update.

  8. I have 3 Samsung phone, 2 personal and 1 company phone (don't ask). If I get a Galaxy Watch 4, can I use them with all 3 (not simultaneously of course), like with Galaxy Buds? Or would I be able to pair/use it with only 1 of those phones?

  9. Great post… Extremely informative 👏🏾👏🏾✊🏿✊🏿

  10. Hi Sir,

I just have question about the Galaxy watch 4 classic.

If i am wearing the watch and i just got a call, in this case i have two options ( answer the call by moving my hand two times or to cancel the call by rotating my hand two times). My question is there any option to silence the ringing of the call like Apple watch they hold the screen then it will silence 🔕 the call without answering or give busy

  11. Hi sir,
Thanks for your your great review.

I am planning to buy GW 4 classic 46mm  and i will use it as follows:
    1. AOD will be off so when i raises my hand then i can see the watch.
    2. Just receive notification for whatsapp,  emails without reading them and SMS.
    3. Just accept or reject the calls .
    4. One or two times to measure heart rate and spo2.
    5. Use normal face unanimated.
    6. Intensity automatically.
    7. Just connected to wifi.
    8. Remove it before sleep.

In this case do you think i will get three days?

  12. Dude this review is amazing. Best one I've seen by far and frankly the presenter is a big part of that. Loved the knowledge he had and thank you for comparing the watch to other sensors to finally see how accurate it is against professional equipment. Subscribing to see from this man.
