Documents revealed that Secretary of State Clinton sought advice on the process for having an Australian journalist killed for performing his duty to inform the public and doing so in the American public interest. This is a crime according to both British and Australian law, should Clinton be extradited to UK/AU and subject to trial for Incitement and Conspiracy to Murder?

2. Julian Assange was not a whistle blower. He is a journalist and publisher. Also he didn't "hack" the information provided at Wikileaks.org.
