I want to know when lawsuits are won by plaintiffs, why is the money not given to the plaintiffs directly or in a trust to pay the bills according to a an existing contract with lawyers fees explicitly and plainly written on that contract to avoid any such problems? Wouldn’t that solve this horrible and egregious dereliction of duties? In all of these cases, the victims became victims again only this time by their own lawyer. What’s the point of winning a case, if you have never been compensated in the first place. That’s horrible and justice hasn’t been properly served. Awful.
