29. I'm on my eighth month. I was so sick of it. I gain weight for almost a year but the eating finaly normalized and with out trying I have lost 15 pounds. 10 to go. With no exersoze. If I do that I'll lose the other 10 and tighten up and maybe get some of my strength back. As I got older 57 I'm ready to live in the gym. Got no itching better to do anyway.
