One of the officers body cam was turned off. And they still tried to justify the shooting saying they found no gun. so it does not concern the state attorney that the officers falsified the police report . officers falsifying police reports should fall under Federal jurisdiction and not State jurisdiction . the same agency that manipulating the evidence should not be investigating their wrongdoing .
