39. If you accept the payment it's considered a verbal payment plan contract. Like if you send $5 to a municipality on a fine and they cash it, it's considered an agreement of a payment plan. Even if the judge ruled you must pay $50 or $100 a month on your fines and the court clerk cashes your $5 money order, it's considered an accepted agreement of a payment plan. So be careful if he tries to send you a BS amount.

42. I can understand that Joe feels the way he does , betrayed and token advantage of and what not, but I think joe u need to always remember why u are doing this in the first place! If u going to hire and put your self and family around people like this then u should know what could become of the situation, maybe u should change ur line of trust, u should at least let give everyone the chance to know the chances they take from the jump, people are scandalous and love to get over on people that help them, but at least by letting these people know from the beginning that if they steal or do any of those things that u will press charges on them, this way if they stay with u for the help u provide them, then u can almost 85% know that they won’t be planning on doing u dirty, bottom line I’m trying to say is at least by letting people know the get down from the beginning then I can wing out those that are just straight out scum bags from those that have respect and have some moral values, that’s all I’m saying.
