15. It is real simple look at it this way. You can't have it both ways.
    Meaning if you are pro choice, and a pregnant woman is killed. The killer can no longer be charged with a double homicide. The killer can only be charged with one homicide and one illegally preformed abortion.
    Now all these double homicide cases where a pregnant woman was killed need to be appealed.
    Like I said you can't have it both ways. If a woman is pregnant and is killed it is a fetus not a baby if you are pro choice, so a double homicide is not a legitimate charge.
