If the investigation or news media imply blame of this disaster on the ride operator and at the same time never mention or identify management and the maintenance team then you can bet the disaster is caused by sabotage by a sting operation that took control of management and the maintenance team and that news media is trying to steer focus away from the actual saboteurs!
   Ride operators just run the rides their not responsible for inspections, that's the maintenance teams job not the ride operators, the ride operators just operate the rides they do not inspect nor maintain rides or repair rides!
   By controlling the narrative news media ia able to hide the sting/saboteurs from the public and steer and imply blame on fall guys!

2. Don't blindly trust investigations! If government sting op's are responsible for the disaster via sabotage then the investigators will cover it up and fake causes of the accident in order to hide and conceal the sting from scrutiny!
