34. I feel there is no good answer on what to do about the struggling family’s. The ones who had a job back in February but now have not worked or barely worked in 10 months. What do you do on the one hand you can’t keep renters in a place if the don’t pay landlords can’t afford it. On the other hand the Tenets would be homeless if made to leave.
