US citizen detained by CBP suing agency after being released

1. ABC News purposely omitted the FACT that Francisco Erwin Galicia was detained while crossing the CBP checkpoint in Falfurrias with illegal immigrants who DID have forged birth certificates. Also, ABC purposely leaves out the fact that his mother, Sanjuana, took out a U.S. tourist visa in his Francisco’s name while he was still a minor, falsely saying he was born in Mexico. ABC News leaving these facts out makes this video a propaganda piece.

2. One thing he had contradictory documents stating he was a US citizen and then he had a Visa said was born in Mexico. He was also with two other illegals, he was 18 and did not speak English. What is border patrol suppose to think.

Reum, 56 F. 576 (1893) further validates that if there is even just a PRESUMPTION of US Citizenship, the immigration and naturalization RECORD must reflect the FACT that one made oath pursuant with 2 Stat 153 AND NOT OTHERWISE else one can not possibly be US Citizen.

He was not detained.  He was kidnapped.  It is only detention when it is legal.  When you unlawfully capture someone it is kidnapping period.   All law enforcement agents who participated in his kidnapping need to be arrested and charged with federal kidnapping charges.  They need to be convicted and then sentenced to life in prison for kidnapping.  Then the agency responsible owes this United States citizen not just an apology but compensatory and punitive damages.   The appropriate amount would be 7 times what he would normally be able to earn working per hour multiplied by the total number of hours in custody.   That would be compensatory damages.   Punitive damages should be a billion dollars.

    … so here's the moral of the story, if you don't want border patrol or ice agents to detain you then don't go traveling around with two sets of motherfuking documents showing two different birth locations.
